SoS creator, Sara E. Mayhew, has been confirmed as a guest for Tokyo in Tulsa. The anime convention will take place August 1st-3rd, 2008, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. More information on event programming Sara will be involved in will be announced as the information is confirmed.

A brand new site has been designed for 2008. There may still be some bugs to sort out as the site goes live. As you may or may not have noticed, the new site is created using wordpress. As with any wp blog, this will obviously make updating the site much easier and, at the same, provide more opportunities for reader feedback.
For now, however, the online manga will be provided in a simple HTML format (the same format as the previous site design), with the links to the various volumes/chapters available at the bottom of the site’s page structure. As always, Sara has done all the web design and development. For anyone interested, the site was developed using the wonderful K2 theme and Mini style (as credited in the footer), with some mods done by Sara–which included modifying Mini’s css to create a right sidebar and lower sidebar (the lower sidebar is used with an inline page to include the online manga links). The home page uses a static page that uses a custom template to include the most recent posts categorized as ‘Featured’. Also included is a PHP contact form plugin used to create the e-mail contact form found via the fan mail links.
